The Army's F. Edward Hebert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP) recently increased the monthly stipend for scholarship recipients from $1,300 to $1,605. Along with the stipend, the scholarship covers tuition, books and nearly all-school related costs.
