ESSENCE Music Festival - 16th Anniversary

The U.S. Army will serve as a sponsor at the ESSENCE Music Festival for the 10th year. The 2010 Festival will feature three days of Empowerment Seminars by some of the country’s most dynamic speakers, authors and national leaders, as well as three nights of electrifying performances by the biggest names in R&B, Hip-Hop and Soul. During this year's festival, ESSENCE will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the magazine and will partner with the city of New Orleans as they rally around the resilience of New Orleans five years after Hurricane Katrina.
