| Event Summary: | The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is the nation’s oldest and largest Hispanic organization with thousands of members organized into more than 700 LULAC Councils in virtually every state of the nation and in Puerto Rico. The 2009 convention will be held at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan, Puerto Rico and the convention will feature a broad range of highly regarded events. The Army will sponsor the 80th Annual 2009 National LULAC convention again at the Judicial Level. This is the eighth year of Army participation. |
