The U.S. Army will serve as a sponsor at the 24th National Conference of the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU). HACU is the only national educational association that represents Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) – colleges and universities with undergraduate enrollment of at least 25 percent. In addition to HACU’s extensive network with HSIs, they have fostered relationships with Hispanic Serving School Districts (HSSDs), allowing the organization access to HSSD superintendents and thousands of Hispanic students. HSSDs are classified as those having at least 25 percent Hispanic student enrollment. HACU now represents more than 450 colleges and universities committed to Hispanic higher education success in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Latin America, Spain and Portugal.
