| Event Summary: | The U.S. Army will serve as a sponsor at the 28th annual National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ) Conference & Career Expo. NAHJ is dedicated to the recognition and professional advancement of Hispanics in the news industry. The association’s goals include: encouraging and supporting the study and practice of journalism and communications by Hispanics; fostering and promoting fair treatment of Hispanics by the media; and furthering the employment and career development of Hispanics in the media. Established in April 1984, NAHJ created a national voice and unified vision for all Hispanic journalists. |
