Army Retention: The Next Step in Your Army Career

Apr 23, 2007

Deciding to Reenlist
Reenlisting  is a personal decision for  every Soldier. There are  many great  reasons  to  reenlist; every one  important and every one unique.

This resource will give you a  glimpse into why some of  your fellow Soldiers  made  the  decision to reenlist and further their Army career. This resource also provides information and resources to help you make the decision to reenlist.

“I know what direction I want to go and the one that is best for my Family. I wanted to advance as a Soldier, become a great leader for my unit and the Army.  The Army offers a stable life and teaches valuable leadership skills, responsibility and morals. No matter what direction someone takes in life, the Army lays an awesome foundation.” - SPC Larry Chapman.

The Army and your country are grateful for your service and hope you make the  choice to continue your career.
