Biographical Sketch
Lt. Colonel Anthony Dill is serving as the Commander of the Golden Knights during his 20th year in the Army.

Upon graduation from the University of West Florida, LTC Dill accepted a commission into the Army and led from many tactical duty assignments. His assignments include 3rd of the 124th Infantry, Florida National Guard; Platoon Leader and Executive Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division; Commander of 2 Special Forces A Teams - SFOD A-061 & SFOD A-064; Chief of Command Information for the Eighth United States Army Korea; Battalion Executive Officer and Commander of A Company, 3rd Battalion 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne); Group Operations Officer, 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) and G3-Chief of Training for the US Army Special Forces Command (Airborne).

Lieutenant Colonel Dill deployed to the following Operations: Just Cause, Desert Shield / Desert Storm, Hurricane Andrew Relief, Provide Comfort, Deny Flight, Provide Promise, Joint Endeavor, Joint Guard, Joint Guardian, Enduring Freedom, I,II, III and IV and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Lieutenant Colonel Dill accepted command of the United States Army Parachute Team in March of 2007.  With more than 1,200 free fall, 100 static line jumps, and 60 jumps to his credit as Tandem Instructor, Dill is able to “air out” still another very useful skill set in his inventory, Precision Freefall Parachuting.

In his free time he enjoys, Kyaking, rock climbing, martial arts and working on his truck. Prepared by:
