Lieutenant Colonel Frank Demith
LTC Frank Demith was commissioned in the U.S. Army in 1983 after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Russian Area Studies.
After serving in various assignments as an Air Defense Artillery officer, LTC Demith entered the field of Human Resources Recruiting and Retention, serving first as a recruiting company commander and later as a senior personnel management officer at the U.S. Army’s Human Resources Command.
LTC Demith currently serves as a Reserve Accessions Analyst at the Pentagon, where he assists with the administration of the 09L program.
Originally from Chicago Heights, IL, LTC Demith is married with two children.
