SPC Javier Muniz, a Puerto Rico native, discusses his culinary career before joining the Army and all the experiences he brought with him to this culinary competition. Not only did he own his own restaurant before joining, SPC Muniz is competing in six different categories this year. Also, just in, he won Junior Chef of the Year!!
